SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship products almost anywhere in India other than a few locations, which our logistic partners do not serve. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery basdates ed upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment’s destination. We usually get your shipment delivered within 2-15 business days of your placing the order on our website depending on the location.
If there is any further delay in shipping the products, one of our Customer support will call you regarding the same.
Domestic Shipment
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the location and weight of the products. If the order value is above Rs. 500/-, then we can ship the order free of cost. Rs. 60/- is mandatory as COD charges for all COD orders.
Even though we try our best to ensure on-time delivery, there are certain conditions under which the delivery may get delayed: i) Incorrect shipping address, ii) Incorrect PIN code, iii) Nobody available at shipping address, iv) Extreme weather conditions, v) Other Force Measures.
We send you a confirmation email / SMS once the order is shipped and another email when the order is delivered.
Our Courier partner will deliver the product to you at the address provided by you.
You may collect it after signing the acknowledgement with Contact No. It is mandatory to give Telephone # or Mobile # of the person who receive the package.
The customer should possess any one of the following documents as ID proof to take delivery of the product:
– PAN Card
– Driving License
– Passport
– Voter ID Card
– Aadhar Card
RETURN POLICY
At Cannablithe Development LLP, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or used products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
Cannablithe Development LLP is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to the following terms-
Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Cannablithe Development LLP.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
For Refunds please note the following:
If you paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund and will be reflected to the bank account/card/wallet in 4-15 working days.
For orders placed via store credit/Gift Vouchers/Promotions your refund will in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at a later point of time on cannablithe.com.
